Yes, it would be EXTREMELY ILLEGAL if we did not give the cars away. Each contest is bonded and registered with the United States of America, which legally requires us to give away each prize.

The winner must:

Be at least 18 Years Old
Have a Valid Drivers License
Be a legal resident of the U.S. or Canada (excluding Quebec)

We inspect and hand pick each car that is given away. We only look for clean titles and vehicles with the lowest miles.

At the end of each giveaway, we send all entries to a 3rd-party sweepstakes company who conducts the randomized computer drawing to pick the winner. Once we receive the winner information from them, we contact the winner and announce it on our website and social media.

It usually takes 4-7 business days after the deadline is met.
