Absolutely! Since 2015, we’ve dished out millions in prizes, and we’re nowhere near stopping! Our giveaways are open to residents of all 50 U.S. states (including DC), and Canada (excluding Quebec, sorry!).

Our giveaways are open to legal residents of all 50 U.S. states (including DC) and Canada (excluding Quebec). You’ve got to be a licensed driver and at least the legal age of majority in your state or province (usually 18+).
It’s simple — every $1 you spend at TunerCult gets you entries to win! For example, if the current entry multiplier is 10X and you drop $100, that’s 1,000 entries in your name! Our system handles it automatically at checkout, and all entries go straight to our sweepstakes administrator for the final draw. If there are two prizes up for grabs, you’ll be entered into both drawings!

No purchase is needed to enter, but it’s thanks to our awesome supporters who do shop that we can keep these giveaways rolling!
As soon as you complete checkout, your entries are AUTOMATICALLY RECORDED! Whether you place one order or a hundred, all your entries are instantly combined. Don't worry, you’re good to go!
You can easily track all your entries in your account page! Your email will be the same one you used to order. Just head over to the entries tracker on your account page, where you can see the total number of entries from all your orders combined, as well as entries for individual orders.
After the giveaway ends, we hand over all the entry data to our federally compliant sweepstakes agency, American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc.. They conduct a random drawing to pick the grand prize winner. This process can take 7 to 10 business days. The agency contacts the winner via phone and email to notify and confirm them. Once their identity and eligibility are verified, we officially have a winner! We then announce the winner live on Instagram!
NO! We NEVER notify winners over social media. Winners are contacted directly by our sweepstakes agency, American Sweepstakes & Promotion Co., Inc., through email and phone call only. If you get a message saying you’ve won through Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, or any other social platform, it’s a scam! Block and report them immediately.

Processing orders typically takes 4 to 10 business days due to high volume.
But don’t worry — if you placed an order, you’re entered into the giveaway, whether your order has arrived yet or not!
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation sent to the email you provided at checkout.
NOTE: If you haven’t received any emails from us after placing your order, you may have mistyped your email address. Just reach out to our Customer Support team at support@tunercult.com, and we’ll help you check or correct it!
There are several factors that can affect how long it takes to process and ship your order. If you purchased during a giveaway, it might take longer than the usual 4-10 days due to an increase in order volume. Occasionally, there are delays with the print company (like machine issues, bad batches, or holidays).
But don’t worry—if you placed an order, you’re still entered into the giveaway, regardless of whether your order has arrived yet!
No problem! If your order is pending fulfillment, send an email to support@tunercult.com, with your order number in the subject line, and we’ll be more than happy to help you fix this! If your order is already delivered, you can request an exchange here.
Yes, you can! Please send an email immediately to support@tunercult.com with your order number, name, and the correct shipping address, and we’ll take care of it as soon as possible! If the order has already been shipped prior to update, we'll have to wait for the package to be returned by the delivery service before resending it out.
Sometimes, the delivery service can’t complete the delivery due to incorrect shipping information or if the package was damaged severely during transport. Please send an email to support@tunercult.com explaining your situation, along with your order number, name, and shipping address, and we’ll make sure to fix everything!
Nope, all sales are final! We’re sorry, but refunds aren’t on the table since each product is made to order. Once you place your order, your giveaway entries are locked in and sent straight to our sweepstakes company—no turning back!
